This Model Management Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:

The Model appoints the Agency as a non-exclusive / exclusive (to be specified) management and advisory partner for professional representation, positioning, and strategic development.
The Agency may provide, inter alia:
Strategic brand and career guidance
Platform and content advisory services
Contract negotiation support
Discreet business coordination
The Agency does not guarantee specific income, bookings, or success.
The Model agrees to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Act professionally and lawfully
Comply with platform rules and applicable laws
Be at least 18 years of age
Compensation terms, commission percentages, and payment modalities shall be defined separately in writing.
Both parties agree to strict confidentiality regarding all non-public information.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German data protection laws.
Data processing includes:
Contact and identification data
Contractual and business-related information
Platform-related data provided by the Model
The Model has all rights under Articles 15–21 GDPR.
This Agreement commences on [Start Date] and may be terminated by either party with [Notice Period] written notice.
The Agency shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
